Frequently asked questions

Is BoatBookPro really free to use?

Yes. There's no commission and no listing fee — add as many boats as you like and take unlimited reservation requests.

How does the reservation process work?

Customers submit a reservation request from your branded page. You approve or decline it from your admin panel — nothing is booked automatically, so you stay in control of your calendar.

Do I need to accept payments through BoatBookPro?

No. You tell customers how you'd like to be paid — bank transfer, deposit at reservation, at check-in, or your own arrangement — and BoatBookPro just shows those instructions. No payment processing is built in yet.

Can I still use my own website?

Yes. BoatBookPro gives you a branded subdomain reservation page that you link to from your existing website — you don't need to replace anything.

Can I list more than one boat?

Yes, your fleet can be as large as you like. Each boat has its own photos, pricing, and availability calendar.

Can customers book with or without a skipper?

If you offer both, customers choose when they request a reservation, and any skipper fee you've set is added to the total automatically.
