1. Description of Service

BoatBookPro is a SaaS platform for boat charter companies. Each subscriber gets a branded reservation page at a subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.boatbookpro.com) and an admin panel to manage boats, pricing, and incoming reservation requests.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legitimate business owner or authorized representative to subscribe. By using BoatBookPro, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your business.

3. Subscription and Payment

• BoatBookPro charges $49/month after a 14-day free trial, plus applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Reservations Are Requests, Not Guarantees

BoatBookPro transmits reservation requests from visitors to a charter company's admin panel. BoatBookPro is not a party to the charter agreement between a company and its customer, does not process charter payments on the company's behalf, and is not responsible for a company's decision to approve or decline a request, or for the charter itself.

5. Your Content and Business Information

You grant BoatBookPro a non-exclusive license to display your business name, logo, boat listings, and other information you provide solely for the purpose of operating your reservation page. You represent that you own or have the right to use any content you submit.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BoatBookPro to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content.
• Impersonate another business or individual.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

BoatBookPro retains ownership of all platform code, design, and content. Upon subscribing, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use your reservation page for your business. Cancelling your subscription will take your reservation page offline; you may request an export of your data within 30 days of cancellation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BoatBookPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoatBookPro's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your reservation page will be taken offline and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
